02What this policy covers

This policy covers jwdevsolutions.com and any contact you have with the company directly. Mr Money Penny, Moodbubble, GroupGood and Hebburn Design are trading names of JW DEV SOLUTIONS LIMITED. Each product has its own privacy notice, which explains what that product collects; JW DEV SOLUTIONS LIMITED is responsible for all of them.

03Information we collect

This website has no accounts, forms or sign-ups. We collect only:

• When you email us: your name, email address, the content of your message and anything you choose to include.
• When you visit: our hosting provider automatically records standard server logs, including your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of the request.

We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools on this website, and everything on it, including fonts and images, is served from our own domain.

04How we use it, and our lawful basis

• To reply to your enquiry and keep a record of our correspondence: legitimate interests in running the business and answering people who contact us.
• To keep the website working and secure, and to investigate misuse: legitimate interests.
• To meet our legal, tax and regulatory obligations: legal obligation.
• Where an enquiry leads to an agreement with you: contract.

05Who we share it with

We never sell personal information. We share it only with:

• service providers who host the website and our email, acting on our instructions;
• professional advisers such as accountants and lawyers, where needed;
• police, regulators or courts, where the law requires it.

06International transfers

Some of our providers may process data outside the UK. When they do, we make sure the transfer is protected, either because the country has UK adequacy regulations or by using the ICO's International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to the EU standard contractual clauses.
